Same for me. But I used a trick.
Open episode 16 and then change some things in the url.
16 to 17 and .php to .swf

Great idea small-tool, thank you. It works now.
Use the hint paper (from using the key) in combination with the 5 shapes to get the code for the numbpad.
4 letter hint on pink radio (right arrow)
Screwdriver is used twice. Next to the door and on the side of a painting.
8 letter word hint is visible with half the lights off.
use UV-light on orange carpet, do the math and use the number on green box in corner under big balls

for second ending: check cd player after you unlocked the door
When you don't go out the door with the exit key (but only put the key in), you can open the cd-player.

You can open the right side of one of the paintings with the screwdriver.

Hmmm... the game starts to load - and then abruptly jumps back to a page where I can choose from the Ariel games... (Chrome, no AdBlock)

i'm guessing the last coin comes from the shape box but i'm missing the diamond..
diamond shape is in 6-number-safe behind calendar...
internal server error...so this is not our fault that the SWF always dropped off in mid-air...they are having a serious problem right now...

LOL Arby - I was tearing my hair out. Put the code in the number pad and nothing happened and then.....all of a sudden...it opened. Don't know if the delay is my end, but I doubt it.

Daisy - There are two lock boxes - one on either side of the two machines below the clock. Use the arrows.

Nearly missed happy end but realised there must have been something more if it was asking me OK or cancel at the door. Phew! Lovely game, the kind that I enjoy playing.
