One ghost wants the lollypop (gives atm card) and I gave the other two dice, but probably not enough.

Found the third die in a black cup in the first scene. Ghost gave me my third chip.

2nd ghost was very difficult to find -- bottom right in 3rd scene, hiding under the table (near cup holding one of the dice).
