For people with flash issue:
Apparently there was some issue with older version of flash player and they have disabled it.
You need to upgrade your flash to version 18.0.0.209.
Go to https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and install the latest version.
This should solve the problem.

Hi Sharon, the issue might just be on Firefox. But it is recommended that flash be upgraded to the latest version.
Don't bother looking through the bushes at the top of the cliff, despite the numerous hot spots. There's nothing in them.
The code for the Emergency box is from reading the plaque in front of the trees where the fence is. They say something in feet that you have to convert to inches. So multiply is by 12. The backpack must have been an anomaly because i never found a code for it either.
M guess about the backpack was that he was thinking of doing something with it and then just forgot it was there.
I was going to try to brute force it but i am too lazy to go through all the possible combinations for 4 numbers
