Found a computermouse...totally stuck....
Fill the sink with water and get key down stairs there is a pink book and another key.
I can see #'s on shelf, but they wont work on 4 # box?

Wish I could read the writing ! LOL
My thought on the pic on the wall on the 4th level was that the purple character probably signified north, and that that was the way the rooster was facing, but have no idea what to do with it if I'm right, lol.
Stuck with a gold key with red arrow on it...

What are the #'s 7912? Even with the colour order correct they aren't working for me.

Tub is full, still no magic keys.
On the Mirror in level 1 there is a 4# code after u filled the sink. Use this # in level 4 for gold key
I did close the door for the colour order. I had to input the# 6 times before "magically" it worked.
Kev the key is really not visible in that tub. just click all around for it.

Well I tried looking up the symbols with no luck. Tried BF the #'s and no luck?
When the tub is full, there is white dot in the water (almost directly under (a tiny bit to the left) tap. That's the key.
What sink are you filling to get# on mirror. The one with the pink/blue glasses over it? I can fill that one. the other is filled but no #'s anywhere. Can you spoil the 4 digit # please? or do I have to see it?

I had the game window reduced in size, and
the inventory was invisible! doh!
I now see the infamous key!
Did anybody do anything with that mouse on level 1 or the chess board on 2?
I think the symbols are Kanji for North South, East, West (hard to tell because only south is visible, but that one is correct).

Got a remote now, but I think a language problem now, can't read what's on the tv.
you have to click under the table with the chessboard. Not the zoomed in view with the chessboard. Used remote on the tv...chinese symbols there but don't know what to do next

Eh, this game has frustrating navigation, and feels pretty unrewarding. I'm gonna quit on it.

The W hint is telling you there's a key on the stairs between the 3rd and 4th floor.
Step out from "wooden door" room and
click 1/2 way up the stairs.

Well, I guess the hint on the tv, combined with the hint on the wall (on the new floor) is telling us how to place the 4 keys to be able to use the gold key. But a real language problem now :(

if red arrow position is north; put
1F key on north 2F key on south 3F key on east north 4F key on west ....last put the gold key on middle
1F key's hint is mouse so the position is north (it's about chinese feng shui)

The steering wheel gives some hint for the direction about animal zodiac.
West (left) is 酉 (Rooster) and East (right) is 卯 (Rabbit). North is 子 (Rat) and South is 午 (Horse). Northeast is 丑寅.
First floor mouse --> Rat 子
Second floor knight --> Horse 午
Third floor dragonfly --> オニヤンマ→鬼ヤンマ→鬼門→丑寅
Fourth floor wind vane --> Rooster 酉

deserve such a low score!
Player frustration shouldn't render the game to be "poor".
Right Kev, but unfortunately the great part of players here do not want to think, they want things as easy as possible ;)
Speaking of easy...this is HARD.
Would anyone be so nice and tell me how to start this thing? I ran around in circles many times, but couldn't do ANYTHING.
FINALLY, je me suis débrouillé, as the French say.
So how to start this? Your first way is into the bathroom, where you need not only fill the sink with water, but also ZOOM on the now filled sink to get the key that is now on the surface.
But ... now I have no idea how to deal with that freaking elevator. I can go down but when I am in the (?)basement(?), I can't find anything, so I would go upstairs again. Great.
Ah OK, I thought that (like in many games) taking away the gold key would close the secret door again, but luckily it stayed open ;-)
So just use the elevator downstairs and then the gold key. Don't bother going down without the gold key back in your possession, as the room there is "dead".
I've seen people ask how to fill the sink, and I've seen people say they filled the sink, but nowhere can I see anyone explaining HOW to fill the sink. Am I missing something completely obvious? I can't click anything anywhere, and nothing is changing.
