Got the code on the right side. Brute forced the bottom, and now trying to figure out the left side.

I don't understand the clue yet, but if you cycle to the picture after the numbers on the right side, a girl holding numbers appears on the left.

Click the arrows according corresponding to her hands.

The bottom requires knowledge of Japanese... It's supposed to spell out "moe". The theme this time is Summer Comic Market.
