First time around have collected key, knife, a cake holder (!) and apparently a rope - although my inventory shows an empty space, lol
Put cake holder in microwave - still waiting to see if something will happen. Key doesn't open locked box
Now have 'rabbit piece'. Cake thing seems to be cooked but can't get it out.
Rope on trapdoor takes u down to cellar

Got seeds from using knife on sack
Give seeds to hen for egg - which goes in cupboard scene 4
Another 'rabbit piece' in cupboard - can't take it though
A bit stuck now. Seems that rabbit jigsaw pieces will go in frame by door but not yet - maybe need to have all of them first. Key not working anywhere. Still have knife so suppose I need to use that again.
Can see several things in cellar - on one of them changes cursor to hand. Searching around for light switch but maybe need lantern or torch

Wondering if big silver ball on wall - with the number 8 on it - is some kind of clue re all the silver balls around the place. None of them change cursor though.
There are 7 other balls - so the one on the wall would indeed be number 8.
Ah - if you click on space below cupboard, to left of standing lamp, then rabbit piece jumps to inventory

How many do u have? I think u need all before frame 'accepts' them

I have 3 frames (there's a stick on the table leg you can use on the vase in the cellar to get the third).
The stick goes on the right side wall in the cellar next to the rope.
The 3-digit code in the cellar wants the area of a circle, whose ratio = 8.

SUPERB. I mean the ability of you Edgar to just look at things and know what you've got to do.
Note that for area you must calculate with the REAL pi - approximating it by e. g. 3 won't do the trick.

Is there a switch in cellar? I can't see a thing. My cursor moves to a hand but doesn't do anything. I've done all of the above stick, seeds but cannot see anywhere to put 3 digit no.
@Edgar: Oh that sounds familiar. When a schoolmate of mine (a true math guru) got asked the same thing, he said "You need the 'mathematical glance' for that". That about sums it up I guess.
