This doesn't look like underwater.
That's why it says underworld.
Seemed hard, but you don't need all the clues to solve the puzzles. Out after realizing the possibilities of bruteforce :)
I bruteforced the first number in first view...
I have 3 diamond and bottle, which was used to fill glasses - and nothing happened. Now looking for signs clue for red cb
Fill the glasses with bottle (a bit tricky hotspots maybe). Then put gems in glasses.
And I am not sure, how to make BRGY to numbers, I tought it was number of dots
I didn't even use that, or the letter/number/compass thing.
for colored compass with letters and numbers in first scene: you can rotate the compass, but I still don't know what to do or how to read the clue...
How did you get final gem then?
For compass, make red left and fill the numbers from dots accordingly
You'll get a key for first lock and a gem after you open all three
You don't need the final gem. If you are missing one symbol or number or whatever, just bruteforce it.

If someone is having trouble with 3 letter and 3 numbers: just move those 2 between letter (I hope the hint is understandable)
