Wenmomojo, they don't "talk". You collect the letters and numbers that are in the backgrounds of every scene, then you start seeing their comments in the space under the game screen. You don't have to collect all the letters to finish the game, as long as you can make sense of what the girls are saying, but it's more fun to complete the alphabet&numbers before you leave.

solved all clues with girl's but unable to figure out final one with the arrow going up and red X. what do they want there?

@okay: that's the exit. There are always 6 girls, and 6 slots to fill in. Each girl gives you one letter and a clue to its location in the 6-letter string, these are the letters you fill in (click each slot with your mouse and type in the letter by keyboard). The letters don't have to make up a word, they are just a code. There are often also numbers in it.
I can't get last one. Isn't it magic ring? not working for me.
