The hint for the balloons on poles puzzle is a bit tricky. I had to try three different things before figuring out exactly what was wanted.
got a lighter from backpack, haven't found anything to burn ..
I think this is either a glitch or a really impossible task, but once all the colored balls are on the puzzle, you can only move them along the straight lines, not along the curved outer edge, and unfortunately, that means I can't get them anywhere near the right spots.
Oh, success: you can click two balls if they are across from each other and swap them.
The lighter is to illumnate, not burn. When you find the crowbar, return to the first screen.

finally an end puzzle that isn't impossible!
Lots of tools are hidden in shadowy areas. You'll need to find a crowbar, a stick, clippers, a sledgehammer, lighter, and an axe.
where to use stick, please

How Pierpor? I can't get that #4 ball.
Clippers were under a bench I think? I found them by accident, moving my cursor around the screens. The axe is used on an upright wooden pole. I'm so sorry I don't remember which screen but I want to say it was close to the first scene.
Can't find #1 ball either.
You'll get the 4 ball after you cut down the pole with the axe.

Okay, the pole is that tree to the left of the slide in the first scene.
Shears are by bench, where you use brush for 4 numbers, axe is used start scene, use wood at bottom of chute to get ball
Clippers are under bench in the scene far left, the double slide man thing.

You don't get a clue for r/g checkerboard. Just put the green in center and 4 corners. From that you get rope for broken saucer swing. That held me up for a while

Don't forget, if it's tricky for you, it's tricky for others as well :-).
Vid WT : how many balloons of that colour is the answer, so 2 red balloons on the left pole, 2 teal on the next, 2 teal on the third, 2 blue on the fourth.

nice game I got the hint from the balloons try counting colours the colour ball fell out of the tube slide without using the stick
