OK the dot puzzle makes no sense to me. BF it.

Brush used over door in far right scene.

got a paintbrush from the 10 movable discs on the two columns...look at the dot triangles in middle picture...limit them to pointing to the left or the right...then, flip the disc to the opposite direction...will give spoiler if someone wants one.

the brush will clear up the spot to the right and you can then open the door with the clue.

Color clue in scene 1 is hint for door in scene 6

Hit the colors the number of times they show up in the clue.

for the 5 button panel behind all of the shapes, visualize the buttons as 1-5(1 top left, 5 at bottom), then click the buttons in order according to the number of sides for each shape.
OMG the 533671 is for the stick puzzle. Do the first 3 # and hit enter then do the other 3. Black is for the number. In other words click the sticks you want to form your number and turn them black.
Cone thing goes on middle dot in room with 4 green buttons.

Thanks but I closed out good game just not my cup of tea.
Fun game, though I really did not understand the "Keep Close?" "NO" clue, and why have three spaces for a two-letter word? A bit confusing, but the hints above helped me cheat it.

It took me forever to realize there is a scene right of the 4x4 grid!
Also on the shapes to dots puzzle, you don't click all 4 dots for the square and then all 3 dots for the triangle, you just click the fourth dot, the third dot, the fifth dot and then the second dot, and then the enter button.
What a dreadful pile of detritus! Terrible, utterly terrible.
