Leroy, what do you need? I just finished and can't remember where everything is but I might be able to help.
I need two eggs, a second golden cross, a spider a plant....and a lot more things.....maybe I miss a hotspot too.....
found a wooden cross at the fence in most left scene

think gold cross was far left under grass at base of fence..
Yikes! OK, well I found a lot of the hotspots were around the perimeter of the scenes. For instance, there is a fleur de lis in the sparkly green powder scene at the bottom. Also, the red skulls are cut off near the end and the zombie hand in the 1st scene is also cut off. The spider comes from placing some of the other objects near the end of the game.
I think the Z was from putting the black ball in the opening scene. Forget where you got the black ball.

Got the skull above the left skull-headstone at last.
That was a weird ending. I thought the mallet was going to hit her on the head.
HINT: black ball from placing 6 white skulls on tombstones.
