WowEscape - Wow Insidious Hospital Escape is another point and click room escape game developed by Wow Escape. In this game you came to see the insidious hospital which is located outer of the city. But unfortunately someone trapped you inside the Insidious hospital. No one is there to help you. You have to escape from there by finding useful objects, hints and solving puzzle. There are two sides to the skull that needs pieces. Once you fill the face, it will turn.
Fill bottle (not a light bulb) with blood from the bath and pour on book.

Candle-head skull is just to the left of the staircase in the opening scene. Hardest one to see.
Hi, Hotz. Stuck with a ball and the hammer. Somehow, those must get me the last eyeball. Then I'm done. This one is pretty short for a Wow.
Lurker Smurf - where is the cheek bone for side of skull?
Oh, and I need one more piece for the squares puzzle. Maybe that's what the eyeballs give.
Shoot, I don't remember where every piece was. Aside from a couple behind panels or in windows, they were all in plain view.

Weird little hotspot on cabinet in eyeball room. Ignore that and just use the hammer on it.

What are we trying to do with 4 square slider puzzle?
I started early. Can't load through this site for some reason, so I found one that posts about 15 minutes before EG24.
Put 4 devil picture pieces in the corners. Then you get a simple jigsaw puzzle.
AWW Set then in the same order as outside them match them up,
And the new piece opens the door in the small bath room.
You guys are almost caught up. I have been all over every room with the hammer and ball. Waiting for someone to figure it out.

Hallway, farther room on the left. Where the lamps go. (There are 4 rooms, and some of the hotspots are close together)

Once you do the lines puzzle use ball on it.
And that gets you out short game for a WOW LOL
Then I'm missing a square for the lines puzzle. Or is there supposed to be a blank? I can't do anything with it.
No all spaces will fill.
omg, found the last square on the windowsill above the 4 bulgy-eyed skulls. Finishing up….

This was very easy!
I found the square on the window sill in the front right hand door, but still need another square.
oops, I'm an idiot - it was in my inventory...duh.
