Don't understand how to use the 42531 and 352 numbers in the last scene. Anyone still around?

already closed game, but IIRC 532 was for the grid with green glowing circles with corners
adjust circles to get the 3 numbers (think digital ones)
42531 can be used in 2 ways - IIRR it was for the 5 buttons on tree in gate scene
this time number buttons 1-5 from top to bottom & click as per number hint
