Buggy as always
ReplyDeleteI was so happy that the start button finally worked the first time... but then I couldn't access any games :/
ReplyDeleteB - the math was most definitely incorrect...
ReplyDeleteworking now, and @BergerMeister, I had the same thought about the math, but if you read it as 7+(6/2) it works, even if it's not written correctly.
ReplyDeletewouldn't it be
ReplyDelete7 + 6 / (1 + 1) = 10
According to PEMDAS (Parentheses, Exponents, Multiplication, Division, Addition, Subtraction) as I learned it, Parentheses first, followed by division and addition last. So even though what is in the parentheses is addition, because it's in the parentheses means you to that math first: 1+1=2, then you do the division: 6/2 = 3 and then the addition: 7+3=10
I've noticed that if you blow the screen up too much, the clicks don't take. Simply make the playing surface smaller till the click works. I'd prefer a larger display, but until it's fixed, you're restricted in the size.
ReplyDeleteI don't agree with BergerMeister, the math was most definitely correct.
ReplyDeleteNecessary games for the degenereting old brains like mine, thanks.
@Elmo, there is a known issue with touch/mouse input and enchant.js, the framework this designer uses. There is a workaround but it is fairly technical and, therefore, quite likely beyond the scope of this forum.
ReplyDeleteIf you want to know more about it, check out my comment on the following issue on the enchant.js github:
https://github.com/wise9/enchant.js/issues/324
Hopefully the developer for this particular series of games does visit this forum, and they can implement the aforementioned workaround.
