I'm not getting the star clue?

For star clue, start with all switches in up position. Then go row by row and put them up or down as shown. For example 1st row, put 2nd switch down, Next (2nd row) leave 2nd switch down and put 3rd switch down etc

Beautiful game but very little in the way of actual helping hints!

I am stuck as usual, did the triangle hint and think the puzzle underneath relates to the plates and spoons on the table but I can't make it work. any help?

Jenny, which ever way you think the spoons should face, try the exact opposite. Not sure if that helps! :)

I must be missing something...I can't figure out the square buttons puzzle on the shelf in the kitchen. I have random numbers from opening cupboards, but not sure if they apply. If they do, how?

Click each square by # eg. top right first twice, then to left etc. does that help?

I have 2143 for the stove but it doesn't seem to work. I tried to click the buttons i that order or to each as many times as nr. is. Neither works
