I guess I'm the first one in.... I'll try to leave a few hints :)
egg (I think in last scene) for window in first scene
3 wooden blocks go in left shelf in second scene
there is a brown pill on ceiling in the First room
ring magnet is used next to 4colors box
Scene 1 - Make sure you check the ceiling light and the window.
Scene 2 - On Off On Off refers to a brown paper bag looking thing you picked up in Scene 1.
dry sponge and magnifier are used in top right corner of third scene
white circles goes in light in room with chair and where the brown pills go
I found a sponge in white box on floor of first room 2 brown pills, a white one and a red gear also in first room)
Scene 3 - All 3 doors on the left open.
Scene 4 - Place to dig in middle of floor, and a sneaky orange pill in the closeup up the treasure chest.

missing 1 brown pill, 2 white circles. where did you get magnifier???
arrow clue in first scene (after using lighter) is used on 4 slider on grey box in third scene
crack window on S1 by using egg
Gika, have you used egg shell piece on big chair for a SD? SD opens box in third scene
use glass from S1 to cut chair on S4 (get a SD) use it on S3

3 bacteria gives saw, use on red chair, use chair leg next to box with red pills
Use glass from window on medical (dental) chair to get screwdriver
on off on off is used on the 4 button bag that you have in your inventory (found in room 1)
used lighter on ceiling S1
3 weights go in left cupboard in room 2, gives you another cup
Hotz I still don't have magnifier for wall in S3 (already used the sponge)
Use saw to cut the chair in scene 2.
Use the leg of the chair next to pillbox for last white pill.

Had trouble with colours at the end, then I realized that the blue light has an off-centre hotspot and I wasn't actually clicking it the first seven times.
