on each tea pot is the same direction from hint

I don't know what to do with the three green symbols on the pillar or the yellow/black dots paper at bottom of same pillar.

1 owl eye from colour letters, the other from arrow dials on stairs, hint backside of creature
goal for final scarecrow puzzle is to cover the 4 green dots with the other dots
