He is here at one of the Sharkmen's hideouts where the gold fin is said to be hidden. Get inside and help him find it and then escape before the Sharkmen find you! Kmoorer, sometimes it takes a while to load. Do you have adblock? Maybe that's preventing it. I'm playing in chrome and it loaded okay.
