the red and white number puzzle is a simple subtraction

Stuck inside the tent. need 2 more stars and a 3 digit #.

DUH, did not even see the left arrow inside the tent.
Easy out.

Red is the difference between the two adjoining unchanging whites.

No idea why some of the numbers on the red/white puzzle were circled. It was a shame the earlier puzzles solved themselves.
