turn chair by tree and get star
card also has the shop indicated - you need number from map from shape puzzle at bed (black board)
I haven't got anything to call the cake shop on except phone with the 3# hint.

Don't get phone number to call. Card says number is 39-504-315, 0 key doesn't work.
Getting the SD was the trickiest bit for me. Just keep playing with the knob on the radiator. Hope this helps someone.

behind pic imagine you draw a line following all snowflakes then compare with button drawer, you must find a correspondance
(do the same with others)
and after that, paper in drawer gives the order to click on 4 buttons

Where did you get the number to call on phone? I did the puzzle and then the r/l puzzle, but how did you get a number to dial?

Irene, take the key off the present when you look at it in your inventory. Then you can put the present under the tree.

unfortunately I used my stick on the bed before getting the star and now can't get my stick back to get the star. Can't finish the game without it.
Jo-Ann, you don't need the stick. Click on the chair to turn it around.
