I have seen in some Facebook comments that maybe there have been difficulties with using photos without permission. Maybe that's the reason that there are no lifelike scenes but I hope they will return.

Sticks (looking like scrolls) go on yellow house in background of start scene. One comes from three hearts put in panel of brown house in second scene
Hi Alpha, to be honest: I've thought about boycotting their games too (as I did last year for some good reason as you may remember) but there are so few games we can play together that I don't have the heart to do that.
And maybe SD and those others use permission-free photos or ask the owners of the rights.
I've decided NOT. Preferring an Amajeto on Sniffmouse.
Chocolate pieces are used on the board you've collected. Should be nine, have six now.

Unhealthy looking green strawberry from using key (got that from brown house somewhere) on outside of pink house in right scene.
In front of that same pink house there's a hotspot on the snow. Use shovel there for a colour board (strawberries go there).

Well, I started to play for a bit, but have no fun (also with this inventory)...! :-/

In that left scene there's a board behind left pillow where donuts go in. Need two more.
No idea now, meli, I'm not that far yet.
In left scene of brown house cake goes on shape below gingerbread man for a puzzle. Clue is outside on tree.
After getting five cones you can use big icecream and spoon to fill them. Then they can be put into frame in brown house for a white board. Use three colour tubes on it to paint a gingerbread man (called chocolate doll here) and peel it of with the spade. Use it on frame for key and last chocolate piece.
Chocolate board gives strawberry clue. I hope it's NOT a slider or spinning puzzle. We will see.
Key on pink box in inventory for last two candies.
Pushing candies in order from coloured wall clue gives last stick. Four gems from there, missing one.
Now looking for a place to use the knife on. Can't do anything else as I'm missing two candies, one gem, and two donuts.
And still have that colour cone.
Progress! Colour cone is used in first room of brown house, at hotspot on wall left of the big cream thingy with 4#. Tried knife and cone everywhere wishing for used hotspots to disappear. That would have saved me a lot of time.
Now I'm missing the last strawberry. The search goes on.
Should be a red one according to clue.
Big DOH! Missed the blue gem on the table in brown house.
Bread from gems, cut a slice off for 4# clue, got last two donuts now.
And there's the strawberry! Now let's see what this puzzle will be.

Nice game, no killer puzzles if you forget that you're waiting for a classical game (I won't stop grouching about that).
But please, developers: If you can't give us back our classical games (soon), change at least that annoying inventory bar!

There was a lot of items to be held in such a clunky inventory and not many clues as to where to use them.
I agree, deactivating hot spots after they had been used would make things a lot easier.

Another game I can't play. The message : Allow Bestescapegames.com to store information on my computer keeps popping up no matter how many times I click DENY. This one doesn't want to accept deny so therefore I will give this game a crappy rating. If I can't click deny and it goes away to play the game then this developer doesn't deserve a good rating. Yes, I am pissed.
Games like this make me hungry, lol!
Oldmaiden--that happened to me on some of my favorite games. It seemed random when I could hit deny or not. Finally I did some research and started opening those games with a "private window." That did the trick! The pop-up no longer appears.

Ah, found last one in outdoor scene to right, somewhere near edge of brown house roof.
