First.....and already stuck with 3 gears, 3/4 key and a pipe/rod thingy

pipe is used twice (on "head" according hint L/R above window and on blue button on wall panel)
Part of key under table (in zoomed view on plant)
for top cb use hint B/W above window
for "code right door big cb combine 2 hints (parts of numbers "head" and blue button)
for left door big cb use knife on pipe (under clock)
stuck with little drawer ! pic? clock ?
red gear used above small drawers but I don't understand the picture. Also stuck on bottom small drawer. Tried going outside with key to see if there is another hint, but no - just out with 4/5 gears
the picture tells us to look between the hands (of the clock) - count spikes and then also on picture above drawers
as usual, this one was posted (too) late on EG24, so played this great game already some days ago - thx Tomo ☺

The "number of spikes" puzzle was too obtuse for me, but a good game otherwise.
what is the number answer?
I had to watch a video walk through to get clock number. 1 line square # = lower # of spikes (with 1 line of the spiral visible between the hands. 2 line square # = upper spikes with 2 spiral lines showing. 3 line square spikes on picture.
