I had the three items and note plus lighter could not open clam or find any keys clicked everywhere before quiting!

Walkthrough: Pick up clam, lift another clam for key, take squid, and blue fish. Key for safe (microwave) take knife. Highlight squid and use knife, do the same for the clam and fish. Look behind the counter for lighter, highlight lighter and lite it. Look behind paper on the wall, take white paper. Use lighter on the paper, gives clue for the number puzzle. Put numbers in the puzzle and open door.

Disappointed that the fish number wasn't reversed like clue paper behind poster.
