Yes, flower clue is the hint for cubes by stone door.

Trying to figure out if the diamonds have to be hit in a certain order or not.

yes they do. When you do them right a line appears then the key

start with bottom right

Didn't understand the card clue, had to check the WT for that one. Still couldn't figure out the reasoning for it.
