Games2Jolly - G2J Gym Boy Rescue Escape is another point and click escape game developed by Games 2 Jolly. A boy was onto his body building since some years. He likes to keep his body very fit by working out daily in the gym. During today's workout accidentally a big rod fell on his foot. He's bleeding now and needs to be treated. Find the first aid kit by finding the clues in between the objects and using them accordingly to solve the puzzles and treat him. Good luck and have fun!

Didn't understand the reasoning behind the building clue translating to the order for clicking the circles, so I BF'd it. Hey, whatever works... :)
