What number puzzle?
The 3 Roman numerals is what it is, the other one is just counting the dots in one of those views (under a bench it was I think).
Oh, there was another number/math puzzle.
That was just following the arrows and deoing the math at the first step and then doing the math with the result etc.
oh, didn't notice the dots & mistakenly connected the roman numerals with the 4# puzzle - thx BBB
