lazy turkey gives clue for dots in 2nd set where you place peppers

Look carefully in the scene where you place 2-pumpkin sets on the final exit door. It might be a good place to go fishing.
In your travels you will encounter 4 stones with dots on them, and with symbols for turkey, pumpkin, apple and leaf. See if you can figure out something to do with these patterns in the right scene, 3rd set.

The fruit shapes with letters inside (L,R,U,D) could be of use in the final scene if you match them up correctly.

It’s stumping me, some have the same placements dots -red or black....I’m sure it’s simple and I’m overthinking
As an example, the stone for the turkey shows four red dots on the top and then three more, one over the other, on the far right - sort of an upside down and backwards L. Click on the turkey and then make this pattern on the 4x4 grid.

I appreciate others enjoying these types of games, though I prefer more actual "puzzles" in them. These are loaded with "busy work" which I don't find as gratifying as others.
There is really little challenge other than finding an occasional tricky hot spot.
