I think there is a bug. Found paper with 3,6,4,8 clue on it and found place where to use it. But is does not work. I checked the walkthrough and there they did exactly what I did and it worked.

It worked ok for me - maybe they fixed it. NB There are two places to enter 4 numbers in a square.
