Stuck - missing one voodoo doll and clue for red arrows. Have unused blue shapes clue.

blue shapes clue is used for red arrows -- number of edges of each blue shape is direction of each arrow -- gives voodoo doll

can´t understand how the blue shapes give the directions for the red arrows - otherwise a good game
