Stuck with a blank Shogi piece and a brush, guess I need ink or paint to put a symbol on it. Not sure what to do with the clue on the curtain.

Where the blocks in the window are notice the blank space where there is zero blocks

When you get lever, place it by the window ,close the curtain and then do the level. Get key.
stuck with unwritten piece, brush and undone 3x3 grid.

Move the lever back and forth for key

Easy finish after that
