As usual this game is not reachable. Tried several browsers and it just never gets to the site. Very disappointing as I love these games. Too much time wasted trying to get webgl to load or even get website to load.
Use nippers under right bed for stopper.
Japanese characters are a little tricky -- there are some similar ones. (Like ECP vs FGR in latin alphabet.)

Again, it has been a while, but this seems EXACTLY the same as the original Escape from the Hotel. What exactly is the difference, aside from taking forever to load and wasting more of my bandwith with Unity?
Looks like Neat's website is gone. I tried several times and it's no longer there.
Finally got the game to load today and it's the same problem as the last game. Just a black screen. The arrows are there but can't move at all. Bummer.
