One of the monitors shows a pattern when you click on it. It's a 5x5 pattern.
Coincidentally, there's a 5x5 grid with blue buttons on it elsewhere.... :)
You will eventually need some white pills. Look carefully - they blend in because of their color and can be hard to spot.

Pixel hunting in second set of scenes. Thank you Kimbo for pointing to me to another unmarked cabinet in scene where water cups are placed.
Knife disappears when all used, used just twice on blood pressure bulbs I think.
Purple bottles from 3rd scenes go in 2nd scenes (far left room)
My last purple bottle was in unmarked cabinet in room where white nurse shirts are placed. Hate pixel hunting...
Exit is way back in 1st set of scenes, behind where the bottles of blood were placed.
The pumping hearts puzzle doesn't match the hint!
