You have the obvious one, clio. Try to go forward in the alphabet with those letters, but not 13 times. You should see two possibilities.
I'm assuming you are touching the correct base, and using the disease mentioned in title. If so, you will need 40 shots, in groups of 8.

Colmkilm. Use the last two letters in the title. Write them out in the order they appear. .... and make sure they are in the order they appear. Group them into 8's. (pssst...tell you what i did? I pasted the text into notepad and used the change thingy. Changed one letter into a number and the other letter into a diff number, badda bing badda boom) ..also made it heaps easier to find them.

Ok.. I finallllly got Med-III! But, I'm confused. I thought the instructions in the bottom sentence were actually part of the riddle. If I had ignored the context I probably would have solved much faster. Is this something I should embrace for the rest of the game?
@Unknown, sometimes there are tricks like that in the levels and it's part of the riddle. In fact sometimes he tricks us with incredibly simple things because we're set to overthink LOL. (I thought too that I had to do something else with the things in that level.) :P

Thanks for the help on Hard O, Donas, Dutchie and Verito. I totally missed the obvious, and was ready to kill granny for not making an omelette. I used the wrong ingredients! And even better, and to my great relief, I P'd successfully. On to Q. Yayy.
Got through Har N and now haave three eggs on hard O
One is a dud egg. Two are good eggs. I suspect you need to get to P too, so im happy to help. Your two good eggs will give a further egg from each. Granny helps, and so does that fact that...grrr...the riddle maker sometimes uses emoticons.

addicted to small...most of you can understand this,so level Nu,i know the cipher,think i know the numbers-letters from the scale,i begin with the title gibberish and the first letter as a key,take what it gives then with the second letter etc but cant come to a useful end,pls help

@Sofia, I think your key is wrong. Use the first number as key (but not in digits of course). Continue with second number as the next key, etc. I think all the rest you did is correct. I hope you can get to something useful this time.

clio, no, unfortunately not, I've tried to manipulate the pic with brightness and contrast, but I can't find any hidden text. Counted words of eeach line and tried numbers to letters..nothing..

Don't be. All it is telling you, is to ignore those which aren't there. Use only one of each which are there. May seem unbelievably improbable, but those one of each, DO make a word.

Thanks Sofia. Yes, I'm finding it very difficult. However, I don't worry. Eventually, through trial and error, I will find the correct way. I am in no hurry.
Sofia: Sounds like you have the right idea, maybe this will help you find where you are going off track. The numbers you get from the scale turn into words to be used as keys, each number is used in turn on what you get from each decode step - 5 numbers, so 5 decode steps - that should get you to an egg, which hopefully will help you escape Nu

yes, I already tried to combine it..I only used first letters from lines with a d** or from lines with a d*** got a three letter word from the d**..it didn't work

Abraxxass, I now have an egg. That grid is super duper confusing and difficult. The only thing i can think of to help is to say, there will be one square left empty in each section. When you have your 4 empty squares, what should be there, will either be obvious or solveable. From there you can get your egg. As a start, use clue 14, to place that. Then use clue 8. I can tell you that I was confused by Left and Right. I thought it meant extreme left/right on grid. It didn't. It meant left or right of the mentioned piece. Hope I haven't confused you further.
Is the egg on Hard Q asking me for a twelve letter answer? I'm not sure how to read it.

okay, I read again about the seventh A as starting point. then we have to use the 10 words fom the headline. the number of letters from each word gives us the number of steps. First letter is the starting point, so the answer has 11 letters. but But I have no idea in what directions we have to step. I found this hint from arrie: "the path to follow also shows the directions to take. " I don't get it

Hard S, you are correct using the 7th A as your startpoint. Use a compass to lead you the right way.

@Abraxxass I got Hard S. Each word in title has a direction and a number. Take that number of steps in those directions and you should find your way out of this absurdity
Colmkilm. I keep meaning to be asleep, but keep trying to solve. So do we move E x 3, NE x 4, then..fingers crossed W x 4, and if a miracle of understanding happens....E x 2? i.e. use the direction given in word x the number of letters in word?

Mishu, that's correct. Gramming will work.
@Mishu, if you're in the third pyramid you're not supposed to get a proper sentence. Look for words matching that pattern of letters in the level text.
Mishu I'm sorry to say your first letters are wrong.
You go 3 to the right, then 3 NorthWest to form the triangle, but then it's -3.
So you're not going down to close the triangle, but you go in the opposite direction: North.
@Mishu, if you start at the bottom left corner and use the coordinates of the text just to kick off (3,3,-3) you should reach another consonant as start letter. Think vectors, 3 components but in a 2D space.
I'm now on hard X. I have added via numbers and letters, but got nothing. I have no idea what the four letters under the line mean, or what to do with them.

Colmkilm, with U, I broke the first word of text into 2 three letter words, broke the second word into a four letter and three letter word, and applied that to the third word. Hope that helps.

I did the same thing, Colmkilm. It was only when I re-read small-tool's hint over and over again, that I thought...oh, I think I can make those three into five. I had my nine ingredient sandwich for breakfast, for which I thank you.
On W, may I suggest that when you get googling, use the word 'papal' NOT 'popes'. That hint was left on page ohhh, about 1 zillion ago. It will save you using Ctrl F to find it.

After scrolling back through those bazillion comments, I found a comment which said..google Papal names. I did that and got the correct wiki page.

Colmkilm, when you googled did you use the words papal names? Dont google popes.
When you google using that, you will find there is only one with that number of them. Use the first letter of each.

Hard X, if you do the math it will give a gibberish word. The level title should give you a hint were to use it, together with the OSSk.
colm. I read dutchie's hint, for which i thank her. (grrrrrr me..i had done that, but dismissed it) What i hadn't even thought to do is granny that old-fashioned word which is the title. That gave the cipher. I now have a 'black' egg. (ps..i had to try all combo's of which word goes in which section of the solver).
Hard X, to get the other egg you have to do math again. A bit tricky but do what the sum tells you to do.
