You can put the fan back for more power
Don't know how I did move the sunglasses, window hint didn't work, but made some clicks more and held for a while and suddenly they lifted to the forehead.

Aah, stupid me, tried again and finally understood the sunglasses, window hint is from bottom to top. That's quite usual in Japanese games.
Tried the clock hint on the fan for many times and suddenly it worked. I'm a little slow today.
You need 6 fans together, have to replay as I got only 3/6.
Haha, "found" the other 3 as well. They weren't much hidden.
I have 5 key pieces, 2 fans and 1 broken fan. I don't know the color code for the bottom drawer, nor do i have the other 3 fans.
how do you get the key piece from the glass tube?
Victoria, willis, the answers for you are hereinafter. However, it doesn't contain direct spoilers.
WALKTHROUGH
1. Add windowframe hint to the sunglasses from bottom to top. Get key part 1.
2. Take the fan from the wall cupboard, blow with it into the mouth of the sunglass man (as shown on the diagram on the wall) and get four colors hint.
3. Open upper drawer with that hint. Get key part 2 and a fan.
4. Look at three colourful fans and count the blades from left to tight. Open middle drawer with that hint. Get key part 3 and another fan.
5. Turn on the switch under the table and notice the colours of the fans. Open lower drawer with that hint. Get key part 4.
6. Now you can see the blue light on the stand with three fans. That means that you can take the fans with you, so take them.
7. Take key part 5 from the desk under the window.
8. Try to blow the balloon with the key part out from the tube. The airflow is too weak. Check the fan closely and you'll see two buttons. Check the clock-like disk on the wall and use that hint on the buttons. That code will separate the handle from the fan. Use the handle to get key part 6 from the tube.
9. Inspect your inventory, you must have there five fans plus the disassembled one. Get out of the house.

had a pretty hard time with the sequence to separate handle from fan - mayhaps because I d/move switch under table for colour hint, but solved the 3-colour puzzle in combo fan colour & background colour ☻

The fan handle is UDUUDUDD but it took several tries before it opened.
