IIRC to tighten the bolts on blade

Nope. It didn't make me tighten them. Maybe a bug that it does it automatically if you have the wrench in inventory?

I also didn't need the year of the car in the photo. After doing the math.

Maybe a bug. I played again and didn't even pick the wrench up. I still escaped.
