phew, that was a tricky one - in all my over 10 years (& counting) of playing on EG24, I never encountered such a cool puzzle...!
it's about the electricity consumption of the 4 devices in the room
my solution: I turned on all devices (plug in turned on coffee machine) to see the total & then turned off each device to see the difference

3 items from holder
1 of those items is used as SD
cut paper triangle & triangle ruler put together (tape)
remove (drag) red balls
find pixel for hole & place straightened clock hands
place both assembled items on (former) clock
read upside down (no maths)
