I love Nekonote but cannot play any of the mobile games on here. I have a Samsung phone which informs me each time the games are incompatible with. Are we all expected to have an iphone these days?

when the APK Download link d/w for you, you need to enable the option in your Samsung settings «allow downloads from unknown sources» to be able to get the APK provided above

I'm sure soon you'll be able to play all those premium quality mobile games on your phone ☺

I love these games but can't open on my laptop

this is a mobile game - if you d/have an Android emulator on your laptop (I suggest NoxPlayer), then the game won't work, only on your fav mobile device...!
for Nox or your mobile device, plz see my comment about settings above
