Got a rusty handle and rust remover. Stuck

Sometime you can use a handle to make a cable come down.

4 numbers requires a card case found in basement. Took a few trial and errors to get combo

How do I polish the handle?

So, there must be a polishing cloth somewhere? Anyone can direct us, please?

tried different #s on the pull handle machine which is working again. tried making new #s from the word PIECE

and where to use the button from inventory

I now have 3 buttons, looked around with flashlight

ok. shut off the PC lock above 1x111 hint and use buttons on exit door
