Huge language barrier for me

actually the only language barrier so far was the hint for the 3 nr code. checked video WT for that. the letters in the zoo clue can be read as nrs..

shake the left pillow a few times

Nowadays it's quite easy to translate Japanese text by just taking a picture with Google Translate app. Wish I had that ten years ago, when language barriers were more common in escape games.

Don't know how to interpret the 'zoo' math puzzle tho.

POP figured out the zoo puzzle. You don't use the letters on the wall.
