I didn't understood the logic of the 4 words hint... I watched the WT to be able to move on...

Popeye, look at the position of the O in all words and click the according buttons from top to bottom.

Bad programming - when moused over the letter clue reveals six letters when the answer only requires five.

Well every game of theirs is basically the same with one unique component.

water the cactus plants (get key), leave the room and go back again!

and i think every amgel game contains more than just one unique component - found some things here that had never been used before.
