To set the oil thing:
All in in left tube, move to rigth, then out on the rigth tube.
Done that, move again to rigth, full in in left and move to rigth again.

I know the number to the phone changes each time but I cannot figure out the character for one of the numbers. I usually have 6 out of the 7 numbers down and I try every digit for the third number and it won't work.

What am I doing wrong?

In order to get the oil to work correctly you have to fill the right one up (0/5)(3/3).
Switch that to the left one (3/5) (0/3).
Then fill up the right one again (3/5) (3/3).
Transfer the right to the left (5/5) (1/3).
Empty the left one (0/5) (1/3).
Trasfer right to left (1/5) (0/3).
Fill right up. (1/5) (3/3).
Transfer right to left (4/5) (0/3).

to make oil pressure work...fill right chamber and transfer, fill right chamber and transfer again...will leave one in right chamber. Drain left chamber and move 1 unit from right to left. then fill right chamber again and move to left...u have 4 then

Deka Walkthrough:1. pick up battery next to the ph...

Deka Walkthrough:

1. pick up battery next to the phone.
2. pick up light control from card reader and put battery in it.
3. pick up note pinned on column.
4. put up piers on the table.
5. look under soft (the one further away) pick up phone cable and shoot the can to get the key hidden inside the can
6. also shot the screw (furthest away) of the soft leg support to pick up a golden coin.
7. open top drawer to get a box and get the screwdriver on top of drawer.
8. open the box with your key and you'll get a pair of night vision goggles.
9. shot the door knob next to the drawer and you can pick up another golden coin.
10. wear the night vesion goggle and turn off the light. read the note taken from the column (you must read the note when facing the column! other locations do not work), you will see some numbers, that's the phone number you need to call. they are different in each game so there's no point for me to tell you.
11. connect the phone with your cable found under the sofa.
12. pick up the phone can call that number you read on the note.
13. if the nubmer is correct, a man will laugh at you and you'll hear a 'click' sound. the 'click' sound means the second drawer is opened. (if you can read japanese, it says all along that you can't find a keyhole but you know that you were meant to open it)
14. pick up an access card form the 2nd drawer.
15. go to the card reader (behind the phone)
16. swipe access card to the card reader.
17. open the glass case. (the japanese words say that you have to adjust the left hand oil indicator to level 4.
18. fill the right tube all the way up (right top button), then fill 1 level of the left hand tube (right top button), now transfer oil from right to left using the bottom of the two rectangular button in the middle.
19. take the golden key that is revealed when the secret box opens.
20. power is on and you can now use the elevator.
21. press the lift botton, wait a while and you will see the explosive case inside the elevator.
22. approach the explosive case.

(from this point onwards, fast forward the calls from your chicken boss unless you can read japanese)

23. turn off night, put on night vesion goggles, unlock the case with your key, and cut all the wires (doesn't matter which order, just cut them all)
23. turn off night to see the hidden arrows, they are the order that you'll have to unscrew the screws. only unscrew when the green light is on, you can tell when the green light comes on by watching when the red bar on top is in the white zone.
24. move the blue dot on your left hand side to the right (where the yellow arrow is) without touching any side walls and moving blocks.
25. cut the 3 wires that connects to the bomb from the lit red lights. the bomb will explore if you cut anything else. you can only cut them at the bottom. when you're done, click on the case on your top right.
26. final face off with your enemy, just keep shooting him, reload by clicking on your chicken boss's face. at the end, the enemy will tell you which is the last wire to cut, red is 赤い, blue is 青い.
