How do you get the shovel from under the bed? I keep clicking on it, but can't get it!

I got all 4 pieces of paper which makes a phone number so now you can call the weird monster thing with the batteries in the phone. If you click on the bed a day goes by and then you get a green key for the safe if you click on the door. I can't work out what the code for the safe is as I can't understand all the Japanese written down!
Oh, if you turn on the lamp and off the light, you can see some hidden writing in the back of the diary!

Ok, so you easily find a shovel under the bed (in the right side), a book note behind the window, a pencil, a telephone, a birthday card from the windows, a blue key from the plant pot using the shovel.
4 pieces of paper.(one in the plant, one from the statue, one from rightmost corner of the shelf, one from where the pencil was.)
There is a red key inside one of the objects (the one on the right, after that the first part of it has fallen down) placed in the shelf.
Clicking on the bed I read 3/28.
The red key opens the safe under the vase with a flower. Open collect the battery and put it in the phone.
Under the right leg of the stool there are some tags.
The blue key opens the box on the table. Take the diary. The last page of the diary has a clue in Japanese!!...but you can read it only if you switch off the light and then you switch on the lamp.
Then you find a card in the empty shelf of the bookcase.
Use the tags on a page of the diary.
Use the telephone and make a phone call….skip…go to sleep…wake up..
Click on the door and get the green key.
Use the shovel and click many times on the yellow ball. Get another green key.
The 2 papers are instruction for the safe. So go to the nearest Japanese restaurant and ask for a translation.
Anyway……
The sheet on the left:
Instruction to open the safe
Enter password corresponding to the days of the week. From the bed date I had a Thursday (checking on calendar) and from (Crosschecking with the right sheet…see later on) the birthday card I got 0505.
Insert the key
The numbers will return to 0
Enter the date when the safe was last opened (0312 from the diary)
Take out the key.
If your date differ from mine you use the following
The sheet on the right:
Mon/Thu: Birth date
Sun/Tue/Fri: Employee ID
Wed/Sat: The price of the rightmost statue
The date 3/12 (diary)

1. Look under bed near the leg and its head board there you will find a shovel.
2. Go to the plant and dig, there you will find a blue key.
3. The blue key opens the box on the desk next to the plant, inside is a diary.
4. Beside the box is a cup with a pencil, take the pencil and look inside the cup and there is a piece of paper.
5. Click on tree leaves and there is another piece of paper there.
6. Click on the shelf and there you will get a cell phone.
7. Go to the next scene with the book shelf. Click on the figurine on the second shelf until it falls. There is another piece with it.

That is as far as I have gotten...
