Okay, maybe I misunderstood the Japanese and jumped the gun. Sorry.

Here is a walkthrough.

Down.
Close door.
Get lighter.
Open door.
Turn right.
Lift pot.
Get suction cup.
Click circled date on calendar.
Get note.
Left twice.
Open first drawer.
Get note.
Look at note in frame on desk.
Get note under left of blue dish.
Click back.
Open third drawer.
Use suction cup on drawer bottom.
Get key.
Turn left twice.
Open fridge.
Get water.
Use note with bunch of red boxes on glass cabinet.
Get glass crucible. (Item on left.)
View this item.
Click the knob on bottom to open.
Click on top section to remove cap.
Use water on top.
Use lighter on bottom.
Wait until you see steam. (About 30 seconds, maybe a minute. You should see flame and hear annoying noise.)
Put cap back on flame.
Close view.
Turn right twice.
Use steam contraption on blue thing to see note.
Go back and turn left once.
Use key on cabinet.
Take third from left on third row.
Go to door and use key.
Go through. (May have needed to click button above picture frame several times to see another note that appears in the picture first?)
Click button above picture in new room.
See a star in the picture?
Click here. (Picture should lift up.)
Get screwdriver and door knob.
Turn around.
Use screwdriver on screws.
Put knob in door.
Turn knob and you are out.

ah i get it now u lot didnt mention alot of stuff
like the painting is in other room and that u need to find fourth memo before u can get in second room
and that u need to use note out of draw to open cabinet
or said what boiled water was for
anyways sorted it out myself now

im stuck, i get purple key and it doesnt open door...

im stuck, i get purple key and it doesnt open door. i went to painting and i cant get anything i clicked all over it and where it showed on comments to do, and i had clicked circle up above before that too. please help

There are four types of rooms, meeting, warehouse, changing and
reception. Each type has four rooms numbered #1 to #4.
Memo 1:Meeting room keys are not blue.
Memo 2:Warehouse room keys are neither red nor blue.
Memo 3:Keys are arranged #3,#1,#2,#4 from left to right.
Memo 4:Changing room keys are yellow.
Then, here is the reception room #2.

The correct key is the third row and the third col...

The correct key is the third row and the third column one
(purple color). The memo on the right side says, "Don't choose
wrong keys twice." There is another good ending.

Get key.
Left
Use key on safe.
Bottom row, second from right key.
Go back to door.
Use key on door.
Click key again and use key on door again. Out.
