on every level just get the guy max drunkness then the time goes slower and on the last level spacebar with one hand and do the other stuff with your other hand

Level 4
ReplyDeleteGet yourself drunk until you see your "Will to Live" meter. At this point, use your faster hand to press SpaceBar as fast as possible. You can continue pouring yourself whiskey with your slower hand if you feel like doing so, but it shouldn't be necessary (I did). Once that happens, bandage, but keep in mind that you still have to pound spacebar (THE MOST IMPORTANT THING). After that, you'll have to use the saw. But as long as your arm doesn't tire out while you keep pounding spacebar, then you will be fine. Just get the saw in position and move it back and forth until you remove your leg, and you win.

ReplyDelete1st level: when you click the bandages a spool appears in the upper right hand corner, spin the spool

3rd: Just keep him drunk and keep snipping, you hit the right spot eventually
4th, really drunk and really fast space bar hittng
Also the saw shou;dn't be clciked, just slide it across the bone.

ReplyDeleteI just beat this game, (missing the town drunk achievement, sneaking suspicion I have to get someone to 100% drunk for this.) and I have one tip for anyone having trouble with this: That 'timer' in the upper left? Not a timer. It's a life meter. It ticks down, and when it ticks down second for second, GIVE YOUR PATIENT MORE BOOZE.

ReplyDeleteSurgery 1- Get 100% drunk. Follow the instructions. ALCOHOL BURNS! WHISKEY DULLS PAIN! Follow the instructions. When you come the the bandage part a circle appears in the upper-right hand corner. In that circle is a smaller one. Click that circle and drag it around the larger circle. Woo you win.
Surgery 2- Not the hardest one. You have to keep 100% drunkenness all the time. The Hot Iron hurts. After you get done with the Alcohol, just use it again to pour wax. Tada.
Surgery 3- No surprise, 100% drunk. To work the scissors, place YOUR CURSOR on the little circle then click. pretty simple from there. Start to bandage when...
Surgery 4- Come on! Enjoy that Whiskey while you can! YOU WANT TO LIVE!!! Place your hand that isn't on the mouse on your Spacebar to POUND LIKE CRAZY! Now place the saw on your leg to saw, just move your mouse left and right. YOU WANT TO LIVE!!! You win.
how the hell do i get the towns drunk acheivement
ReplyDeleteOn level 2, the patient will die if a) he doesn't have enough whiskey or b) you pull the shrapnel out to the left (this would be pushing it in)? Like the previous post state to get the town drunk just keep pouring the whiskey (this is the first thing for every level don't stop pouring till you get to 100%)

ReplyDeleteBandage tool can confuse some people but there is a wheel in the uper right just turn it.
Take the pain: u have to finish an operation when the patient has little to no drunkenness.
Good sport: Get the "Will to live" meter to max
town drunk get ur patient to maximum drunkenness.

ReplyDeletebtw, i got a good tip for you guys. Good Sport and Take the Pain go pretty much hand in hand on the last level, you don't really need to be drunk if you got a fast hand. the more drunk you are, the slower the "Will to Live" bar goes down. get yourself drunk to get the Good Sport one and then let you drunk meter drop down 2 0 (to keep the "will to live bar up at this time i had to use my right hand and saw with my off hand). you should finish sawing after that and get the "Take the Pain. btw, to get the easter egg, go to the main menu. see the big letters saying "Dark Cut2"? well click on the "2" and you'll see a little clip featuring a thirsty penguin.
