    ReplyDelete
  50. @miles, you can never have too many cables lol

    ReplyDelete
  51. Still don't understand username. Any progress on the safe?

    ReplyDelete
  52. sorry nokra! Rambler - no progress here... at least the fire isn't growing

    ReplyDelete
  53. @mgkanda, you're riddling expertise should get you there. Use ROT 13...

    ReplyDelete
  54. is the note: 3343431..or 5545451? or...what can be : 5 or 3?

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  58. Also Alkmar, is there a number before that isn't showing?

    ReplyDelete
  65. who's idea was it to lock the fire extinguisher

If its for the laptop password, couldn't it be a word too?

    ReplyDelete
  67. will do Rambler! Has anyone made any progress?!?!

    ReplyDelete
  68. Nothing on Nord and there's no replies on the GH thread :o(

    ReplyDelete
  69. going to play the new 123bee and wait for all you smart people to figure out the password

    ReplyDelete
  70. How do we know the alice25 clue is username? Couldn't it be the password?

    ReplyDelete
  71. @mgkanda, the burned note could be for either of them I think, at the moment we can only see 7 characters on the note, but the safe can take up to 8. Don't know if its significant though...

    ReplyDelete
  72. I think I may follow mazomi...

    ReplyDelete
  73. nvm, too many digits in burnt paper one. So stuck.

    ReplyDelete
  74. @mkganda..I tried that in a word ( 3=c etc. ) but for me it didnt work

    ReplyDelete
  75. Tried converting zkhbd back into numbers for safe. Got 2611824, still didn't work. think think think

    ReplyDelete
  76. It is probably much simpler than we are making it...

    ReplyDelete
  77. I really think the burned paper is for the password..it has 7 numbers...compares with the 7 characters

    ReplyDelete
  78. @alkmar me too. Also tried to work it as a word and ROT it like alice, but the c's could be e's and vise versa so I think it's a little tough to brute force.

    ReplyDelete
  79. Found a bug. Found another cord inside cb. When I clicked it, my notebook vanished.

    ReplyDelete
  80. Yes, I agree. Makes sense that they would give us both hints for laptop to get code for safe.

    ReplyDelete
  81. Ahhhh, just had my first sip of coffee...mmmm!

    ReplyDelete
  82. @nokra on my second now, which tastes great, but not waking my brain up quite yet lol.

    ReplyDelete
  83. I do not claim to have a brain for codes....so I'll just enjoy the coffee...LOL

    ReplyDelete
  84. back..the 123bee game was easy..now we have to escape from here...

    ReplyDelete
  85. Righto, I'm back from the ChitChatroom Escape and see that we're no further forward. Ho hum...

    ReplyDelete
  86. lol..shall we use 8393 :-P

    ReplyDelete
  87. Welcome back! 2nd degree burns and have minor case of smoke inhalation, but still plugging away.

    ReplyDelete
  88. LOL mgkanda, gonna grab a coffe myself, I think I need it....

    ReplyDelete
  89. whoops sorry mkganda, got my g' and k's mixed up :o)

    ReplyDelete
  90. ohohohohoooo...I'm on fire..lalalalala

    ReplyDelete
  91. Hold on alkmar! I'll get the extinguisher! Crap! It's locked up! I guess the old "stop drop and roll" will have to take care of it. Hopefully one of these plants is an aloe vera.

    ReplyDelete
  92. who will crack the codes first...?

    ReplyDelete
  93. hmmm..maybe if we blow all together to get the fire down?

    ReplyDelete
  94. lol..thanks mkganda!!! I going for ROFL...;-)

    ReplyDelete
  95. lol @ benny's "Who the.." - wouldn't it be +24 if it was that Alice?

I'm as stuck as the rest of you.

    ReplyDelete
  96. dont wory i called 199 ( firestation ) they are on the way

    ReplyDelete
  97. hahaha..benny!!! please try it in the other corner..oh..and dont use the burned paper to wipe, please. We might need that paper for other things :P

    ReplyDelete
  98. Puffing and panting to catch up but I can't find the circle for the cupboard door...

    ReplyDelete
  99. POP on the standard lamp.. clicked there so many times, too!

    ReplyDelete
  100. i hope the fire in the game will melt the snow outside, but i also want to have the name and the code for the laptop

    ReplyDelete
  101. On the floor lamp, Mary, I think

    ReplyDelete
  102. aarghh..frustrationfrustrationfrustration...

    ReplyDelete
  103. tried many possible combinations... with no success... too many possibilities to handle:(

    ReplyDelete
  104. I like that alkmar. I'll watch. So alkmar's on the floor laughing, I'm watching and looking for aloe vera, benny's trying to pee out the fire, anyone working on the code?

Oh good, Kathy K is. What do you mean, K?

    ReplyDelete
  105. @Beate, the U/N is probably ZKHBD, see above...

    ReplyDelete
  106. mary d circle is on the lamp its green

    ReplyDelete
  107. Ooh...more code crackers are here! We may be saved after all! I really need to refresh before I comment.

    ReplyDelete
  108. Thanks, @KathyK - found it and now I'm stuck with everyone else!

    ReplyDelete
  109. I wonder - both the clues are upside down. But I can't figure out anything that way either.

    ReplyDelete
  110. hmm...any significance with the i in ALiCE being the only lowercase letter? I wonder if the UN is case sensitive and we should be entering ZKhBD? Doubt it, but it's something lol.

    ReplyDelete
  111. Very good flame retardant on those sofas...

    ReplyDelete
  112. Argh been stuck with u all too I even noted that the i in Alice is small while the others are capitals (ALiCE) but I guess that means nothing either.....sigh..on the plus side my house has been burning away for about an hour now and the fire hasn't spread lol

    ReplyDelete
  113. I know that doorknob is too hot, yet I keep grabbing it. What a maroon.

    ReplyDelete
  114. ouch...just hit my face at the sofa..did somebody moved it?

    ReplyDelete
  115. And what IS that burnt piece of paper waiting for? Going round in circles here :o(

    ReplyDelete
  116. lol Sarah4 At least we're all in here together :)

    ReplyDelete
  117. Maybe we can smother the fire with lots of cables from the cupboard?!? No??? hmmm

    ReplyDelete
  118. Woops...sorry about that alkmar. I was looking for a possible second piece of paper behind it. :s

    ReplyDelete
  119. I'm probably grasping at straws here, but when you zoom into the table, there's a small bit of white showing to the left under the blue book. Could it be the other half of the note? I can't get it though :o(

    ReplyDelete
  120. Wish I could get that bottle and glasses off the shelf. At least we could toast those marshmallows and get drunk.

    ReplyDelete
  121. @Sarah4 LOL! They could come in handy somewhere else though? Hmm...we could make a swing! Weee!

    ReplyDelete
  122. That's taking pixel-hunting a bit far, @Rambler LOL

    ReplyDelete
  123. hey...I braught my guitar with me...lets sing some songs around the campfire

    ReplyDelete
  124. Haha, stuck with you@ in the fire and had to rofl while reading loud the name of the gamemaker (on the laptop), reminds me at bennys proposal :P

    ReplyDelete
  125. @Rambler I've gone for that too to no avail.

I'm with you MaryD! Maybe we could lasso them with our extra cables...

    ReplyDelete
  126. i guess the neighbours don't like me very much. this house has been on fire for over an hour and noone has called the firestation. i bet they're chanting 'burn, bitch, burn'

    ReplyDelete
  127. @silverfish LOL!!! Games to peeeeeeeeeeeeeee! Go for it benny!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  128. I'm at the stage where I'm trying to stoke the fire with excess cables, just out of boredom...

    ReplyDelete
  129. I know, mazomi, soooo rude. Maybe we should've invited them over when we all decided to meet up here and they're feeling left out? I'll go knock on the wall and see what the deal is.

    ReplyDelete
  130. ROFL @mazomi - we're clearly all as unpoular as you...

    ReplyDelete
  131. *unpoPular*

    ReplyDelete
  132. I've been fighting this fire for too long and have to go and do some work - too sad. I will come back later and see if anyone got out alive.. good luck!

    ReplyDelete
  133. So I will leave this uncomfortable game for some hours - first a fire and now a pee flood, help and bye ;)

    ReplyDelete
  134. Maybe a patronis charm...let's see..."Expecto Patronum!" hmph! I know it's not a water spell, but thought it was worth a shot. Getting a little drunk off MaryD's liquor.

    ReplyDelete
  135. Got in computer!!

    ReplyDelete
  136. sitting here and starring at the flames

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  138. Hands off MY bottle, @mkganda!!!

  164. Oh that's what I was doing too mazomi. I wasn't using ALICE, but the other one.

    ReplyDelete
  165. Oh no. I refreshed the wrong page and have started a third time... that's what comes of playing while befuddled by liquor. I think I'm just going to sit here and make toast while you all work it out.

    ReplyDelete
  166. You know, after how long it took us to get into the pc, the least they could do is keep us logged in.

    ReplyDelete
  172. @Rambler No worries, but now we still have a +25 hint. Tried alice + 25 = 11293525 Nothing.
