You have to look at the balloon before you can combine plane/needle/tape.
ReplyDeleteI am missing item 6 and 9. Can't find pixel on calendar
ReplyDeleteGot robot under bed, use spring from under nightstand.
ReplyDeleteok. out
ReplyDeleteZazie have you found the "spring" for the robot ? you need to turn him around and wind him up. Then just put him in front of the bed. Bill count the number per symbol on the funny pic besides the bed, starting with the black triangle, then just follow the shapes.

ReplyDeleteok i hav unused candle ,florusent light & paper ..3 inventry spaces are still empty
ReplyDelete4 digit code will come from radio, if you don't have any sound, read underneath. Computer code comes from paper with grey line once you heat it with the lit candle. You also have to use the hint on the blue book on the table, there are several pages.
ReplyDeleteFluolight goes in lamp on table with the green star. will reveal hint on blue book below.

ReplyDeleteEvans: the colors of the shapes are differrent, that's why I wrote that the colors are important. One triangle shape has another color, so it is 1 triangle, two squares, three circles, four x, five triangles
ReplyDelete4 digit code goes on box in inventory, maybe i used knife to open lid.
ReplyDeleteCan someone help with Shapes drawer pls?
ReplyDeletecode from the radio goes on the box in your inventory

ReplyDeleteSo now where to use the flag hint from PC ?
ReplyDeletePhew, out! Hard work!! Thanx for the hints!
ReplyDeleteZazie: it is the cake view again, beside left chair, on the floor...
ReplyDeleteI am with Zazie now, where do we use the flag hint?
ReplyDeleteEscapism, Leroy, password for pc is not the entire line on the paper. Use hint from blue book on table. Use usb stick, you will get little man with white and red flags. Hint is used on the safe next to left armchair.
ReplyDeleteFlag hint is used behind left chair next to coffee table.
ReplyDelete@evans: stuck? where?
ReplyDeleteyay out finally! thanks for all the help.
ReplyDeleteEmmes, thanks for the hints, but I had the pw for the pc for ages, what I needed was the batteries.

ReplyDeletecAN't click THe freaking calendar!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteExcept for the calendar clue, great game.
ReplyDeleteRaasti, that button box is to the left of the chair with the pink pillow.
ReplyDeleteCan someone put an image with the $%#$# pixel in the calendar? I'm pressing it like a maniac, and no go...
ReplyDeleteIt's a shame... no pixel hunt, except for that part :(
Jon, u have to have the magnifying glass selected I believe...then just click on the 12th.
ReplyDeleteJon - make sure you have the magnifying glass selected.
ReplyDeletea03etc - The squares for the blotter clue just indicate the letters you use from the paper that you use the candle on.
I could not have finished without the hints...thanks fellow escapers.
ReplyDeleteI could not have finished without the hints...thanks fellow escapers.
ReplyDeleteI do have it selected... :(
ReplyDeleteWhere is the tab key when we need it :'(
That was a SUPERB game!! No way inferior to Tesshi-e's or (in the old days) Bianco-Bianco's ones!
ReplyDeleteJust a vague assumption: The reason why some of you guys can't click the calendar might be due to a missing clue. Since I think there must be a clue (which I just passed accidentally) that TELLS you to look there.
ReplyDeleteI read everyone wondering about the 'X 5' clue. Did you notice that when you escaped the magnifier was still AVAILABLE?
ReplyDeleteI suspect another ending...
Could be something to do with blue book? My pages show nothing besides the plain clue in first page...
ReplyDeleteLOOK AT THE USB STICK *AGAIN* !! :))))
ReplyDeleteAnd that was it.
ReplyDeleteNeeded to put light in lamp, and then read the pages.
Some squares in page two are a clue about calendar??
Thanks all
@Jon No, they are later important for the paper you find with an alphabetic sequence on it.
ReplyDelete5x was for calendar???
ReplyDeleteSquares were for PC password, so...
Well, time well spent.
Thanks for the help
@Jon In my opinion no; the 5x must be related to the second ending, because as I have already given away, the 6-color safe can be opened TWICE with a different combination the second time. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm still on it.

ReplyDeleteGOT GOLD COIN !! Whohoo!
ReplyDelete(This is a naughty rip-off of Tesshi-e's "Happy Coin" technique I must say :)))
finally im out ..thanx a03e2aba-0869-11e2-8ada-000bcdcb2996
ReplyDeletearbeitslooser
ReplyDeleteExcellent find!
Took a few tries to figure out that you only push them once each, but I found the coin for the perfect end
The calendar clue is (click where the X would be on the calendar):
ReplyDelete5.....6
...X...
12...13
Cyndi, you're a MARVEL!!
ReplyDeleteFinally we got it.
That does NOT mean "multiplication by 5", but graphically indicates that the 'x' is amidst those calendar day numbers.
Very good!
1 : 1
:-)
(in terms of excellent findings)
And just what Jon said above: you MUST see that 'x5' clue to activate the hotspot at the calendar.
arbeitslooser
ReplyDelete.... and there was me pushing buttons 5 times each :)
I only realised what the 5x was about when I posted the location and used an x to mark the spot. Lovely how hindsight is always 20/20
I had tried that stupid thing before as well (5x per button), so don't feel embarrassed :)
ReplyDeleteI rather feel a bit sorry that my post might have led you up the wrong path...
It's the journey and not the destination in these - a few detours down garden paths are part and parcel of the fun
ReplyDeleteWent back in (had saved) and you get the clue if you click anywhere on or around that 5.
ReplyDeleteNice finding.
ReplyDeleteSay, Cyndi, something I'm just being curious about is: the RSA in your name most likely refers to (R)epublic of (S)outh (A)frica doesn't it? In case yes, may I say that I haven't ever heard an African woman speak an English as excellent as you speak it.
Despite some moderate praise from people in the past, mine is definitely inferior. And I've had the language for over 20 years as well, so...go figure.
Thank you.
ReplyDeleteMy schooling was all in English and my home language was a mix of Afrikaans and English.
From your name, I gather that you are possibly Dutch or German? Possibly a jobless one :)
I still want to know what that thing on the right side of clock was. Looked like an audio jack
ReplyDeletemrtelcom
ReplyDeleteIn ages past, we had to wind clocks up with a key. Could be where the key went?
Nah, it looked like something wedged in the decoration.
ReplyDeleteNo telling what kind of parties they have. Could be anything lodged there
ReplyDelete@Cyndi
ReplyDeleteHeh, you're freakin' close there. Which would give another proof for you being from RSA, since understanding "real" Dutch would not pose too much of a problem to you. (Whilst the Dutch commonly say that when they hear someone speak Afrikaans, they'd sound like a 17th century Dutch speaker. But thats yet another story :))
TBH, that name was meant for GMAIL but never to be used as a username! I was just forced to use it, since I cannot comment anonymously here, nor do I have an OpenID or AIM let alone a blog.
It was a very good game. The only thing I didn't like was the pixel hunt on the calendar.
ReplyDeletearbeitslooser
ReplyDeleteReading Dutch is okay but the accent is difficult to translate when someone is speaking - but then again we have an area here called Bredasdorp which, supposedly, speaks Afrikaans and is gek to follow. Flemish is very close to the type of Afrikaans from the midlands where I'm from.
Thanks! You never stop learning. Had no idea that Flemish is even closer to Afrikaans than (NL) Dutch.
ReplyDeleteAlright, though very interesting, end of off-topic now in order not to bore the others :)
I'm a bit dumbfounded this game has so high a score... If this game is worthy of a roughly 4.5 rating, any TomaTea or Neutral game should score about 8.00 - on the regular 1-5 rating scale :)
ReplyDeleteTY TY TY for the WTs...@gmm and @cyndi!!!!
ReplyDeleteI had to go and knew I would need something that wasn't in the comments!!!!
great, fun game!
I tried a zillion times to attach the needle to the plane. You have to be looking at the balloon in order to do it. I find that crazy stupid..
