  2. Hi all

This was one of the most atmospheric and creepy adventures I have ever played. I know it was only a game but I really didn't like walking past the statue of Medusa!

Unfortunately you really need to be able to read Japanese to be able to solve the advenure and the text that is displayed when you click certain items gives the clues to do certain actions.

    Still here's a walkthrough.

    1) In the bedroom, turn to the right and then focus in on the rubbish bin.
    2) Get the piece of paper from the bin which are instructions on how to open a box.
    3) Leave the bedroom and make your way past the statue into the living/kitchen room.
    4) On the first view in the room click just to the left of the glass table and pick up the box.
    5) The text you receive when you do this says something like "you will feel better opening this where you feel comfortable" (remember this)
    6) Turn to the right and click on the note on the table. This says something like "is it too bad that I have hidden the key to the diary under the plant"
    7) Move into the kitchen and move around to collect the flashlight, the post off the wall and the pins that were holding the poster up.
    8) Leave the kitchen and move to the end of the corridor.
    9) Click the plant and collect the key.
    10) Move back round to the bedroom, focus in on the dairy on the shelf and then click the key to open it.
    11) Click the text several times (about 7) which will tell you the background to the story, basically it's a story of memory loss.
    12) Face the bed and then highlight the box (remember you need to do this in the place you feel comfortable)
    13) Click the stripes on the box to match the picture you got from the bin, but you need to do this in the opposide order.
    14) Inside the box is a battery for the laptop. Focus in on the laptop and put in the battery. The text file is a clue to the locked door.
    15) Leave the room again and go to the room with the keypad.
    16) OK, the code for the door is 233, bt how exactly you get this is still a mystery to me. The clue from the laptop says about counting the glasses in the glass cabinet this doesn't match up as far as I can see.
    17) In the room with the stereo move over to the window and pick up the video cassette.
    18) Pick up the CD from the little glass table.
    19) Look under one of the armchairs and pick up the batteries.
    20) Highlight the torch and put the batteries inside.
    21) Enter the room with the unlocked door (the empty room) and move over the wall with the strange round pattern thing.
    22) Pin the poster up on the wall and then move back to the door.
    23) Click the light switch to turn off the light and then highlight the torch so you can move around.
    24) Move over to the poster and then turn the torch off, you should see some writing highlighted on the poster.
    25) Turn the torch back on to exit the room and then go all the way back to the kitchen/living room.
    26) Put the video in the TV and make a note of the code shown at the end (2441322)
    27) Go back to the bedroom and click on the brown chair
    28) You should get a new note that is hidden in the chair.
    29) Focus in on the computer.
    30) Put the CD in.
    31) Launch the CD shortcut and it will ask for a password, which is 3ef5e5yi
    32) Again you will get a code which is 39039
    33) Go back to the room with the stereo in it. Highlight the keypad and enter the code 39039
    34) You now need to cross the room using the code from the video but again it is reversed, so you need to click the second tile from the left, the second one again, then the third and then the first etc etc until you are across.
    35) Enter the room and the end and you'll get the finale of a video sequence and story, what it all exactly means it another story!!!!!

  3. Hi there Rich! You´ve helped me many times with your walkthroughs! Thanks!
    But I´m stuck with this:
    4) On the first view in the room click just to the left of the glass table and pick up the box.
    CANT SEE A BOX!
    Please help! ;)

  4. Hi Maria,

Yep, we're talking about the living/kitchen room here. When you first go in you're facing two windows and can see a glass topped table in front of you, it has a lamp on it. On the left side are the chairs for the dining table. In between the table and the chairs is a 'hotspot' (you can use the tab key if you still can't find it) and hiting it will allow you to zoom in and get the box.

    Hope this helps

    Cheers

  8. is anyone still playing this?

i went right and got plunged into total darkness while a deafening fire alarm went on and on! i clicked frantically and heard stuff moving around as i did (the loud siren was driving me mad with panic at this point) but i couldn't get anywhere 'cause i couldn't see a darn thing!

i tried it again and went left this time and the same thing happened.

it's freaking me out coz i didn't read that happening in the walkthrough.

    heeelp!!!!

  9. Gothika, just retried this and although I didn´t get an alarm it is real slow at times to change scenes, leaving me with a black screen. Try again maybe that´s all it is. Good Luck.
