Harolds Escape is a point and click type room escape game. Harold and his wife Marion play practical jokes on eachother from time to time. This time Harold finds himself on a couch in a room with a locked door. Help him to find a way out. I got a key under the letter of marion in the drawer. I opened the door. Oxalis articulata is the pink flower but I can't do anything. Help!

It looks like some of the volumes of red books are out of order. Maybe if they're put back in order, we can proceed in the game?

I'm unsure how to do it, too. I thought the numbers in the description of the linaceae in the Weeds book was a clue; but I've not figured it out.

The yellow flower is the Oxalis, according to the inscription behind the door. Each flower has dots on it on each petal. The blue one has 3 dots, 6 dots, 2 dots and none and none. The Pink flower has 8 dots, 1 dot, 5 dots and none and none. The yellow one has 2 dots, 1 dot, and 6 dots...can't figure out how to use this information...but I did save a bunch of money on my insurance last week.

pink
yellow
blue
Oxalis articulata is pink
here is a hint: look at Both words on the paper from the brick wall. read the weeds book then look at the flower that matches the name form the door. this will give you the first three numbers

ok let me put it this way you have the number of dots on each of the three petals(each petal gives you a number in the code) but you need 4 numbers. I never got the url but escaped anyway so that may not be important
are you counting the dots on the correct flower? I dont want to spoil it for those who want to figure it out.

Addition to Deek's walkthrough:
First read the weeds book for information about which flower is needed. Then count the dots on the flower, but also on the piece of paper behind the door. This gives you the code.

I think the fourth number comes from the number of white dots on the flower.
My 4th number was different but, found in the same place.
