   Fun game, but quite easy to beat even at the hardest setting once you get used to it.

   heres how to beat the game ........
   
   as soon as the game starts do the following
   
   1 increase ur economy
   2 build a barrack for soldiers and train 2 soldiers (dont attack yet)
   3 build the weapons shop
   4 in the meantime ,the enemies will attack , do not worry , keep defending and train a 3rd solider meanwhile
   5 upgrade ur swords
   6 build a gunmen and upgrade ur gunpower
   7 upgrade ur castle by 500 gold
   8 never ever let ur soldiers drop down beyond the maximum allowed
   9 increase ur economy and attack
   10 keep building footmen and at any time always have 3 gunmen fighting behind 2 footmen
   11 build a defense tower (very important for defending)
   12 focus on building a hero as fast as u could
   just keep attacking

   Very easy on hard if you dont waste money on...
   Building a defense tower
   Upgrading your soldiers
   
   What to do:
   Economy upgrades are critical
   
   Upgrade the gunmen ASAP
   
   2 gunmen for every 1 soldier is the ratio... Treat soldiers like a shield and use gunmen for wiping the enemies...
   
   Rest will be on autopilot. You go till colossus and you know what to do next...

   one more thing... keep luring the enemies to your castle as soon as they are spawned... make sure your gunmen aren't exposed to an ambush

   I beat it on hard consistently with only footmen and riflemen. all you have to do it keep luring them to your base whenever you can. just build:
   
   windmill
   barracks
   footman (immediately lure)
   footman
   weapons shop (lure again)
   footman
   rifelman, lure, ...
   
   keep building riflemen as much as you can and keep 2 footmen whenever they die. Your riflemen shouldn't die, if they do, you need to lure more often.
   
   do the other upgrades as follows
   
   rifleman upgrade
   keep
   means of transport
   castle
   footman upgrade
   
   by time you have a castle 8 riflemen and 2 footmen, you should first attack and not pull back. You should just lure up to that point.
