   coxi - the metal balloons require a cannon - but the cannon's do nothing on the little black balloons.
   
   farthest i've gotten is level 26. . .then it's just craziness.

   I can't beat it on hard. It's driving me nuts. I barely beat EASY... I used a LOT of tacks at the end.

   I cleared all three levels.... I only used the normal towers with piercing arrows cannon towers with the larger blast radius. I would buy 4-5 normal towers and upgrade them to piercing arrows whenever I got enough cash. Then I would buy my first cannon tower and then buy extra towers as needed. I did the hard level with 12 piercing towers and 12 cannon towers. Occasionally I would use glue or the spikes when things were looking rough (especially in the later levels).

   I finished all 3 levels. Not that hard actually. The secret is CANON. Finished the Hard with 10 canons, 5 dart monkeys and countless road spikes. For Med and Hard, buy canon first instead of Dart Monkey.

   Well this game has become a quick hit at my high school. We already beat Bloons 1 with just Dart towers but this one just makes you add one Cannon with larger bombs. Super monkey isn't worth it unless you are listing to Dragonforce and see a speed connection. So same thing with Bloons 2 on ALL MODES. buy a monkey give him piercing, lather, rinse repeat. then at 18 dont buy anything, at the end of 19 you can buy a cannon with bigger bombs and thats the one cannon you need for the rest of the game. then it's back to Darts

   on easy the throwing monkeys are useless. from the start buy cannons and ice globes. put the cannons and ice globes in the corners and you should be good to a least level 30. If you run into the small black ballons just use spikes!

   this game is too easy on easy and medium. but then hard destroyed me on level 35. it was sad. anyway, has anyone here beaten easy without using tacks? i use them rarely, and monkey glue never.

   Wow, all you guys. No offense. Its so easy to beat. All you really have to do is use 2 monkeys for the first few rounds, then add a tack, and upgrade the tack to the blades. then for the next 10 turns, nothing gets past you. Dont buy anything else for this time. Then you should acquire enogh money to buy a super monkey. Once you have the super monkey, just aquire a monkey beacon, and buy the power that gives you swarms of super monkeys. ITS NOT THAT HARD SILLY!! I got to lvl 97 on hard using this tactic, though eventually you have to buy more super monkeys! Hope it helped!! :D -
